Step By Step Guide To Cancel AIIMS Appointment

You must have your UHID number which is linked with your registered mobile number for verification purposes. Whenever you want to cancel the appointment at AIIMS and want to reschedule due to any reason then you can use the ORS patient portal. Here is our step by step guide for AIIMS appointment cancellation.

Step 1: First of all visit the AIIMS website by clicking the link Cancel AIIMS Appointment Online. The page will look like the below image.

Step 2: Now you have to enter your registered mobile number and submit it to verify.

Step 3: An OTP(One Time Password) is sent to your entered (registered) mobile number for verification purposes.

Step 4: Once your mobile number is verified then select the Already Registered Patient.

Step 5: At this step, you have to enter your UHID number where UHID stands for Unique Health Identification and verify again by providing the OTP.

Step 6: After successful verification, you can see a dashboard with some information and your basics detail. Tap on View or Cancel Appointment to cancel AIIMS appointment online.

Step 7: Now you can see the various appointments which you have booked are shown here. Select the appointment which you want to cancel and tap on cancel.

Step 8: This is the last step where you need to confirm the appointment cancellation.

Step 9: Now you can see the dialogue box which is stating that your appointment is canceled successfully.
