Due to lockdown in the whole country to fight against COVID-19 they have no source of income.
Delhi Government has announced financial assistance of Rs 5,000 under the Delhi Driver Yojna. From this, every public transport vehicle driver will get financial support of Rs 5,000 directly into their bank account.

- One-time Financial Assistance of Rs. 5000/- will be provided to the holder of PSV Badge with a valid Driving License of Para Transit Public Service Vehicles.
- Financial assistance will be credited in Aadhaar – linked Bank accounts only of the applicants.
- An online application is to be filled by the individual holder of PSV badge and valid DL of Para Transit Public Service Vehicles, through the online module and following details information is required to be submitted:-(i. Driving License No ii. PSV badge No iii. Mobile Number iv. Date of Birth v. Gender vi. Aadhaar Card Number)
- An undertaking is to be submitted by the applicant that the above information is correct and if any information is found wrong/false at any later stage then F.I.R. will be registered against him under the provision of IPC and necessary action will be taken accordingly.

Step By Step Guide To Apply Online Form For Delhi Driver Yojna
Before moving to apply for the online form you must have a valid Public Service Vehicle(PSV) Badge and a valid Driving License of Para Transit. Here is our step-by-step guide to apply for Delhi Driver Yojna and get Rs 5,000 directly into your bank account.
Step 1: First of all visit the Transport Department website to apply online form under the Driver Sahayata Yojna and at the bottom, you need to tap on click here.
Step 2: Now you need to enter your Driving Licence number and PSV Badge number.
Step 3: Once entered your details you need to enter your mobile number and verify it with OTP.
Step 4: After verifying the mobile number you can see your all details which are fetched from the Sarathi database.
